In April Y2011 Swiss Capital Construction Financing financed 2 more residential real estate projects in Tbilisi and Batumi cities.
Tbilisi based project was financed with 800 000 USD. This is the 5 story building and the project completion is projected for the end of the year.
Batumi based project was financed with 100 000 USD. The project is almost finished. SCCF financing will help the project owners to fully complete all finishing works on the sight: add elevator, finish yard and make the building fully comfortable for the residents and future buyers.
After three month of operations in Georgia Swisscapital Construction Financing revealed first project to be financed. Total amount of loan issued for the project amounted 570 000 USD. Project is located on the sunny beach of black sea, in Gonio resort. Project construction has been stopped from the end of Y2008 and ardently required financing.
On February 7th Y2011, Nino Absandze Marketing and Sales Manager was invited to the speak on "Rustavi 2" TV channel, "Business Currier" TV program as an expert in real estate field. The program was addressed to the problems and opportunities of the real estate market.
Archi Investment signed new partnership agreement with international investment company "Swisscapital Construction Financing". Company entered Georgian market at the end of Y2010 and plans to invest up to 10 million dollars in real estate sector of the country.
