We are interested in projects where the construction volume is in average 5000 -10000 M2 and timing for the completion is the average of 18 months. Though bigger projects are also considered.

Average size and short term projects can generate the sales in a timely manner, that’s why this particular types of projects are appealing to us. We start construction in case at least 15% presales are done prior to construction, which generates extra safety  for the partners.
